Council Cluster Meetings meet from 6:30 - 8:00 PM and are free to Family Day Care (FDC) and Group Family Day Care (GFDC) providers. Each meeting will cover NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) topic: Statutes and regulations pertaining to child care.
