Have you ever felt like you hit "rock bottom"? This training will specifically focus on your mental health and identify signs/symptoms to best support you during this time. We will focus our time together discussing ways to "fill your cup."

The cost of this training is $20 for partner and $25 for non-partner.
OCFS topics covered include: nutrition and health, safety and security.
