Participants in this training will learn the value of developing a budget and how to use it for decision-making throughout the year. They will also understand how to project business costs, generate additional in come and plan strategically for future goals. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their budgets, if they have them, to this training (not a requirement to have one).
