Terms of Agreement
I hereby grant permission to the Child Care Council of Dutchess and Putnam, Inc. for the unrestricted use of any photographs/slides taken of myself or my child (children) for the purpose of promoting the Child Care Council of Dutchess and Putnam, Inc. and its programs. I understand that the names of individuals will NOT be printed. These photographs may be used in, but are not limited to the following uses:
- brochures
- flyers
- advertisements
- posters
- website
- social media
- slideshows
- etc.
The Child Care Council of Dutchess and Putnam, Inc. agrees to treat each photograph with dignity and discretion and will not sell, assign or lend such photos to any other organization without the permission of the parent/guardian.
