Cancelled - Positive Reinforcement & Intentional Language
How do you provide positive reinforcement to the children in your care and why is it important? In this training, we are going to discuss how we should use praise and encouragement, empathy and respect, your communication styles, active listening and body language. We will explore how to avoid empty promises and promises you can’t keep, accusation and saying “I’m sorry.”
