Who wants to ever have a difficult conversation? Join instructor, Scott Kohn, for a better understanding of why having difficult conversations can be so uncomfortable and why we usually avoid having them. At the conclusion, we will discuss tips and tricks to have uncomfortable conversations with parents/families and providers.
