Participants will view Tom Copeland' DVD: The Business of Family Child Care Contracts & Policies. This video can help participants understand how to establish a good business relationship with the families they serve by creating clear contracts and policies and enforcing them fairly. Following the video, participants and the trainer will discuss what was learned and next steps.
