Strengthening Business Practices: Recruiting and Retaining Staff for Center-Based Child Care Providers:
During this three hour training we will review best practices related to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees; discuss a framework for building an effective orientation plan for new employees; identify key components of a staff handbook; and identify strategies for providing feedback to employee. Participants may bring a bagged lunch if they choose.
