Narcan Training
This training will be led by staff from the Dutchess County Department of Behavioral & Community Health. This training will teach you why naloxone (Narcan) works to reverse an opioid overdose, what to do when an opioid overdose is suspected, how and when to give someone Narcan. Each person in attendance will receive a FREE Narcan kit to take with them at the end of the training. With the most recent exposures of young children in child care programs, this is important information to have.
