Computer Road Map: Computer Basics 101 for Providers
This training is designed to equip participants with fundamental computer skills necessary for professional use. Topics include:
Computer Basics: Understanding hardware, software, and operating systems.
File Management: Creating, saving, and organizing files and folders.
Internet Navigation: Using web browsers and searching OCFS website.
Microsoft Office Suite: Introduction to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document creation, data management, and presentations.
Email Communication: Setting up an email account, composing messages, and managing contacts.
This hands-on training will enhance participants' confidence and efficiency in using computers for program regulatory use. Registrants are encouraged to bring their laptop to navigate while in training.
