Wonder Worlds in the Making: Creating Dramatic Play Spaces
This training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to design engaging and developmentally appropriate dramatic play spaces for children. Participants will explore the importance of dramatic play in fostering creativity, social-emotional development, and language skills. The session will cover key elements of designing versatile play areas, including selecting themes, incorporating props, organizing materials and ensuring inclusivity and safety. Through hands-on activities, educators will learn how to create immersive environments that encourage role-playing, problem-solving, and collaboration. By the end of the training, attendees will be prepared to develop captivating dramatic play experiences that inspire imagination and meaningful learning.
